Showfirst Outdoor Event Services was initially set up in 2001 as part of the MacRae Trailers group but since 2017 has become a stand-alone company specialising in Exhibition, Hospitality and Event trailers available for hire. We have a range of units from 3m to 6m all listed on our website to allow you to choose what best suits your needs.

Run by Billy MacRae and his loyal team we are a small company that offers a friendly and professional service from our base just outside Inverness. Our location means we can cover not only the whole North but also further afield into Central Scotland as well.

Let us relieve the pressure if you’re planning an event as we will deliver, set up and collect the trailer again leaving you to concentrate on promoting your business and looking after your customers on the day.

Perhaps you may be thinking of a road-show or promotional campaign where one of our hire trailers would give a more significant presence and help target the right market.

Also available is a service to provide graphics and branding meaning your trailer will be delivered liveried up and ready to use. Any signage can also be stored and then re-used if you are doing regular events with us, offering a complete management package. If you require additional accessories, we can help with outdoor furniture, kettle, coffee machine, boiling water urn, microwave and even generators to power them.

If you are holding or running an event and need a control/command centre, one of our mobile commentary trailers may be the answer? Quick to set up and easy to use they have excellent all-round visibility, plenty interior worktop space, swivel chairs and additional seating to provide the ideal base for your event team. Floor hatches for safely feeding in power cables, and we can even hire you a small PA system to help get your message heard!
